The Strategic Agricultural Crops Development Company (DCAS) is a joint-stock company operating under the State’s portfolio. It was established as part of the restructuring of the Agricultural Products Valorization Group (GVAPRO).

The Strategic Agricultural Crops Development Company (DCAS) was established to support the transformation of the national agricultural sector and to enhance the land potential of former pilot farms.

Through a network of 174 Agricultural Production Units spread across the national territory, the company develops structuring agricultural programs aimed at improving national production and reducing dependence on imports of strategic agricultural products.

Development and production of cereal seeds and certified potato seeds aimed at improving agricultural productivity.
