EPE SPA SODELSEC
The SODELSEC subsidiary specializes in the development and production of food legumes, particularly chickpeas and lentils, two crops essential for nutrition and dietary balance.
This subsidiary includes 49 Agricultural Production Units (APUs) across various agricultural regions of the country, with significant land potential.
Agricultural Potential:
- Total Agricultural Area (TAA): 54,634 hectares
- Utilized Agricultural Area (UAA): 44,613 hectares
To strengthen national pulse production, the annual area dedicated to pulses reaches 38,596 hectares.
SODELSEC plays a strategic role in improving food self-sufficiency and reducing imports of these agricultural products.
